Apple CEO Tim Cook shares ‘Holi’ pictures from Nandgaon, Vrindavan and Bengaluru
Holi, also known as the ‘festival of colours’ is not just limited to India but has gained enough popularity in the US and other regions over the years. Every year we have some of the tech leaders from Silicon Valley wishing their fans a colourful and a vibrant life on the day of Holi. This year too we had Apple CEO reaching out to fans, wishing them a colourful and vibrant life in a slightly different way.
Cook’s tweet made on March 2, included three images clicked by Indian users using the iPhone X, Apple’s latest flagship smartphone. The tweet mentions the three images come from Nandgaon, Bengaluru and Vrindavan.
“Stunning photos that capture the colourful festival of Holi by @prashvish in Nandgaon, @amitmehraphoto in Vrindavan and @ashishjparmar in Bengaluru, India #ShotoniPhone,” says the tweet. Two of the images are shot using the portrait mode with dark background.
Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google didn’t tweet anything on Holi but he did share one of the articles talking about the festival of colours. “There’s nothing quite like the colour explosion in India during Holi,” said a part of his tweet on March 2.
