Digimiles is A2P CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) based platform that enables Start up’s, SME’s, MNC’s to add our bulk SMS API in their own applications or website, CRM, ERP’s to send automatic notifications, Powered by SMS.
Digimiles India Pvt. Ltd initially started in 2016 with Bengaluru as head office and within less span of time, the team has managed to scale up to metro cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad. Besides this, the company has also able to touched all cities in India and bagged few global clients too.
Having a base in Bengaluru, a benefit in a way because that having huge networking and potential with startup ecosystem even though the market is filled with numerous players.
While looking at the way that Mobile and Internet field craze these days, companies like Digimiles always focuses on building the right products that add value to the customers’ business.
How it start?
The duo of Mr Chandra Prakash and Mr Mudassir wanted to add some value and solve some major issues that lie in the A2P Messaging space from the year 2015 itself. So they got here up with the name Digimiles India Private Limited.
Both had the past experience with industry leaders and managed to understood customer service, online marketing, sales in well way, which helped them to get started with their new dream.
Revenue Growth and Product Development
The team has claimed that a revenue of INR 30 Lakh has been achieved in first 12 months of time. And they say this year the target has been set at 1 Crore INR.
The platform is equipped with required messaging features like SMS API, dashboard, Unicode SMS, reporting system that helps businesses to communicate with their customers.
Very soon the startup is going to explore more technology options in the application infrastructure as a part of expanding.
What is the big picture?
Today it works as CPaaS based bulk SMS platform. And with a year completed in the operations, Digimiles has on-boarded 1100 happy clients including 12 global clients. This year the team has planned to onboard 2000 start up’s, SME’s and MNC’s.
Currently, the team has been working on building more features in the application that adds more value to its customers. Soon it’s going to take up the global role.
Today some of its clients include IPLT20, Vijaya Bank, Deccan Herald, IIT Kanpur, bitpay, BITS Pilani, Prime Focus etc.
