Bengaluru: Actor Sudeep’s Hollywood debut will be out soon, said Australian director Eddi Arya. The director said that he will be playing an Indian character living in New York and the actor will be shooting abroad for his film. Not one scene will be shot in India.
Eddie Arya reportedly told the media that Sudeep’s character is that of an Indian who is based in New York. His portions will be shot in New York soon. The choice of keeping an Indian character was a conscious decision to add to the diversity of the characters.
As fans are eagerly waiting for more information on this project, the director revealed a good news that the first look of Sudeep will be revealed very soon and is confident and is confident that the star’s fan followers would simply like it. Regarding the movie ‘Risen’, it is a sci-fi that deals with meteorite shower and what happens after it. Along with Sudeep, other star cast includes a host of other actors of international repute.
Sudeep had a good year so far with ‘Hebbuli’ turning out to be a big hit. Currently, he is busy with much expected ‘The Villain’, where he shares screen space with Shiva Rajkumar for the first time.
While ‘The Villain’ is slated for release late this year, the start also has the sports-based movie ‘Phailwan’ scheduled for release next year. ‘Phailwan’ will be Sudeep’s first ever sports film and he is undergoing special training in boxing and wrestling to get into the skin of the character.
